1. Purpose and Acceptance of these Terms

Welcome to Sanctum Sound.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sanctum Sound website, music-streaming experience, account services, membership services, digital-content purchasing functionality, personal library features, playlists, search, artist and album pages, NFL Team Anthem experiences, and other services, features, content, technologies, and functionality made available through Sanctum Sound (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, purchasing eligible content, beginning a paid membership, or otherwise using functionality requiring acceptance of these Terms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies expressly incorporated into them.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use those portions of the Service requiring acceptance.

Certain supplemental policies may apply to particular functionality, including the:

  • Copyright Policy
  • DMCA / Copyright Infringement Procedure
  • Membership & Subscription Terms
  • Purchase, Digital Content & Access Policy
  • Cancellation & Refund Policy

and other policies identified by Sanctum Sound.
Where applicable, those policies form part of the rules governing use of the Service.

2. The Genesis Service

Sanctum Sound Genesis represents the initial release of the Sanctum Sound platform.
Genesis may include functionality involving:

  • Music streaming.
  • Search.
  • Account registration.
  • Personal libraries.
  • Playlists.
  • Eligible digital-content purchases.
  • Support.
  • Artist pages.
  • NFL Team Anthems.
  • Membership.
  • Favorites.
  • Listening history
  • Account management.

And other functionality designated by Sanctum Sound.
Not every feature envisioned for future versions of Sanctum Sound is necessarily available during Genesis.
Features may be introduced, modified, expanded, restricted, replaced, or discontinued as the Service develops, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations.

3. User Categories

3.1 Guest

A Guest is a visitor who accesses portions of Sanctum Sound without signing into a registered account.
Guests may access functionality Sanctum Sound makes publicly available.
Certain activities may require account registration or membership.

3.2 Registered User

A Registered User has created a Sanctum Sound account but does not necessarily maintain an active paid membership.
Registration establishes an account identity.

REGISTRATION DOES NOT BY ITSELF CONSTITUTE PAID MEMBERSHIP.

Registered Users may access features Sanctum Sound designates for registered accounts, including eligible purchasing functionality where offered.

3.3 Paid Member

A Paid Member is a Registered User with an active paid Sanctum Sound membership.
Paid Members may receive access to membership functionality designated by Sanctum Sound, subject to these Terms and the applicable Membership & Subscription Terms.

4. Genesis Membership Features

Subject to final Genesis implementation and availability, membership-level functionality may include:

  • Saving eligible music to a Personal Library.
  • Creating and managing personal playlists.
  • Adding and removing eligible music from playlists.
  • Saving favorites.
  • Maintaining listening history.
  • Accessing designated member functionality.
  • Accessing designated member content.
  • And other benefits identified by Sanctum Sound.
  • The availability of particular features may change over time.
  • Membership does not automatically transfer ownership of music or other content to the member.

MEMBERSHIP PROVIDES ACCESS AND FUNCTIONALITY.

IT DOES NOT TRANSFER COPYRIGHT OR OWNERSHIP OF PROTECTED CONTENT.
