Sanctum Sound believes that music, culture, storytelling, and creative expression should be experienced through a platform designed to welcome as many people as reasonably possible.

This Accessibility Statement describes Sanctum Sound’s commitment to making Sanctum Sound Genesis accessible to people with disabilities and to improving accessibility as the Service develops.

  • Sign-in.
  • Payment and checkout interfaces controlled by Sanctum Sound.
  • Favorites.
  • Listening history.
  • Support pages.
  • And other Genesis functionality.
  • Landing pages.
  • Artist pages.
  • Search.
  • NFL Team Anthem experiences.
  • Account registration.
  • Membership enrollment.
  • Personal Library functionality.
  • Personal playlists.
  • Account settings.

Third-party services integrated into Sanctum Sound may have their own accessibility practices and responsibilities.

3. Accessibility Commitment

Sanctum Sound is committed to working toward a Service that people can use across a range of:

  • Visual abilities.
  • Motor abilities.
  • Speech abilities.
  • Assistive technologies.
  • Devices.
  • And browsing environments.
  • Hearing abilities.
  • Cognitive abilities.
  • Neurological differences.
  • Input methods.
  • Screen sizes.
  • Not every person interacts with a digital platform in the same way.

The Service should therefore avoid assuming that every user:

  • Can see every visual detail.
  • Can use a mouse.
  • Can tolerate motion.
  • Can read small text.
  • Or can interact with a page in only one prescribed way.
  • Can hear every sound.
  • Can perform precise gestures.
  • Can distinguish every color.
  • Can process complicated instructions quickly.

DIFFERENT METHODS OF ACCESS SHOULD NOT MEAN DIFFERENT LEVELS OF DIGNITY.

4. Accessibility Standard

Sanctum Sound should work toward substantial conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA for applicable web experiences, while also considering applicable accessibility laws and standards.
WCAG should be treated as an important technical and design framework.
It should not be treated as the maximum amount of accessibility Sanctum Sound is ever willing to provide.
Where a meaningful accessibility improvement can reasonably be made beyond minimum technical requirements, Sanctum Sound may implement it.
